Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism – Tier 2

The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism (Tier 2) is the Government's preferred training package for health and social care staff who provide direct care and support. Co-delivered with people who have lived experience, the course aims to improve understanding, communication, and the quality of care provided to autistic people and people with a learning disability.

Our 1-day face-to-face course offers an engaging and interactive learning experience, helping staff develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to deliver truly person-centred support while promoting inclusion, dignity, and positive outcomes.

Training Option

• Tier 2 Face-to-Face Training (1 Day)
  A full-day interactive course for staff working directly with autistic people and people with a learning disability, delivered in line with the national Oliver McGowan framework.
